Service Agreement. By submitting this quote request you agree that all pricing is indicative and subject to a final confirmation by Kym & Co Cleaning after reviewing the property details provided.
Booking & Cancellation. Bookings are confirmed via email or phone. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled clean may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value.
Access & Safety. The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. Our team reserves the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe.
Payment. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. Recurring clients may be set up on direct debit or saved card payment.
